Gentle Spirit Karate classes for Boys and Girls
Why do we call it Gentle Spirit Karate? There are many approaches to martial arts training and hundreds of martial arts styles. We call our approach Gentle Spirit because we focus on each student being a peaceful yet strong individual.
Children benefit greatly from a class devoted to their special needs and skills. For this reason, SafeSkills® offers separate children's classes. Gentle Spirit Karate is nonviolent and focuses on enhancing self-esteem, developing fundamental self-defense skills, and improving physical fitness.
SafeSkills® is a non-contract school. Dues are paid on a monthly basis. Unlike many other martial arts facilities in the Triangle, parents do not have to sign a contract committing them to paying for 6 months to a year at a time. We believe that the quality of the experience your child will have at SafeSkills® will keep them returning to class each week!
