This afternoon class is a great place for the average person to explore yoga's many benefits in a friendly atmosphere. The class focuses on movement and flexibility. Optimal alignment is emphasized in all the postures. Join us for a mid-week Pause with Yoga!

Breathe, Stretch, Relax. Safely learn techniques for breathing, alignment, and increasing flexibility. Restorative as well as strength-building postures will be explored.

Pictionary Tournament - Fundraiser
Saturday, February 11 - doors open at 7:30pm
You don't have to be Michelangelo to play Pictionary - just the willingness to think fast! Join us for this fundraiser - proceeds go to support art shows at our facility. Our goal is to purchase lights to show off the work of local artists. Any additional funds raised will go to our summer camp scholarships. Plan on two rounds with the winners selecting from a grab bag of prizes.
